These are our family’s version. You’ll be able to customize them for your needs. As you can see, we laminated them, so they should last a long time.

You can choose to print out the PDF and write in anything extra your particular situation calls for. You can copy our Google Doc, edit it to suit your needs, and then print. Or you can use the Canva link (and your free Canva subscription) to modify it digitally in a 3×5 format before printing and laminating.
