This was the day we elected to try the Washington, DC train system as it was a weekend day and the fare per person was only $2. Lucky for us, we were able to get a spot at the Pohick Bay Regional Campground, in Lorton, Virginia! Unfortunately, we were so busy exploring Washington, DC while we stayed here, that we didn’t spend much time here. We can say that the campground is clean, well-maintained, and very busy on the
